    Same as 3d gen; a little bit better?

    We have owned two 3d Gen. Ipads for about 4 years and absolutely love them. With a keyboard, I can do almost anything. Filled up my 16 gig 3d gen and even with a larger cloud storage subscription, I still kept getting "storage full" messages. So in all honesty, I was looking for a good deal on a 3d gen for 64 gig and came across a nice 64 gig 4th gen. I can't tell hardly any differences except the camera is supposedly a little better? Something I have yet to verify as the pix seem to turn out the same. Some of the layouts are different when you are using Safari on the tool bar but it works the same. It also keeps track automatically of your most common sites. I just upgraded to the latest IOS which maybe was a mistake because I can't share things with the 3d gen. So now I need to clear off most apps from the 3d gen. to make room for the new IOS so the 2 can share before I sell it. Still a great tablet and nice to find a good deal on a gently used 4th gen - less than half the price of the newer ones.

    This is my first Apple iPad. I'm really impressed with the quality and overall value of this product. I have always had an iPhone but this tablet is no exception. It really does earn its name and I'm very pleased with it. Being an older iPad, it still does everything I want it to do. The size is perfect. It is a bit on the heavy side but I'm happy to say that it is. I am a teacher and my children at work use it all the time. I like the weight of it because it is not easily dropped. It stays on the floor or desk. They do need protection as any product worth anything does. The sound sounds very nice and the battery lasts me a week or more. I have only had to charge it twice and I have owned several weeks now. My children at work use it a lot. I would definitely recommend it. Overall extremely happy with this product.

    Christmas Surprise!

    This was a great value for my 80 year old mothers Christmas gift! I started her off with an IPhone a few years back. The function is so similar to the IPhone, I knew it wouldn't be confusing for her to get used to and use daily. I have most of her bills online now and she will use it to check payments. I'm glad I can get her used to using a tablet because she forgets and gets frustrated with computers. If you don't use things often you forget, this is a perfect match!!     Easy to use for my 80-year-old mother

    I bought this for my 80-year-old mother. She was surprised to get it and seems to be enjoying it. It's easy to use. The sound is great. When she's reading, she can enlarge the screen. She likes the camera. She plays Solitaire and does crossword puzzles. it's fast. Memory storage is good for her use. Overall, a great tablet. But...I would give it a 4/5. In order to use Face Time, Skype, Messenger and other free apps, she would have to set up an Apple ID with credit card information and she didn't want to do that. So, she won't be able to fully enjoy all the advantages of an iPad.

    ipad 4 vs air

    I returned the 4. I settled for an first generation air in about the same price range. The air had 32gb and additional power. However the 4 is no slouch as it is almost as fast and has commendable features. The battery length is more than adequate as is the screen resolution. The OS is feature laden and serves any anticipated need with millions of apps available. Capacity of the 16gb becomes a problem as updates increase in size and your library expands. So it you can avoid a ton of pictures, videos and music on the device this will work for you.

    Very Good Considering Age of 4th Generation Model

    I purchased two of these. Considering that this is a model that is a few years old, I am pleased thus far. It does take a long time to charge and battery life is not as long as hoped for so I always have the charger with me if I am planning to use the Ipad for more an extended time. Well worth the extra few dollars for this Grade A condition because there are no visible signs of wear and tear. These are my personal opinions based on product received and the first 2 weeks of use.

    iPad 4 with retina display

    I have 3 iPad 2 and decided to order 2 refurbished ipad 4 so I could enjoy a faster processor and was amazed at the advanced picture quality and graphics. The price was very reasonable and I recommend buying a refurbished iPad as opposed to buying new. It seems that you pay a premium price for new equipment that becomes an old model very quickly with the new releases , which sometimes seem to come every 3/4 of a year or so. We love our refurbished iPad 4 and are very happy with this vendor on eBay.

    IPad now my PC

    Love the IPad... love the price... plays simple games wonderfully... I don't know about the big XBox type games... so far I am having fun with Legos Star Wars.. never a time out or accidentally closed... I can play about 2 hours before running out of charge (5%) and then the pad will play smoothly... at this point I use a cable charge to complete my level. Couldn't ask for a better PC... I also purchased this as a rebuild/refurbished and besides the great price, it has never had any issues - I purchased 2!!!

    Good Refurbished iPad 4 and Updated IOS

    The refurbished Apple iPad 4 works very well and is all that I could have expected. It was listed as having IOS 6 installed as it was originally, but came with the latest IOS 10.3.3 which the 32 bit processor will use. I am happy with it, but unfamiliar with some features and can't find an Apple publication covering use of the iPad 4 with the IOS 10.3.3 system installed. A built in feature with an operating guide will have to suffice. A great buy and works very well.

    This is a wonderful deal for an item that looks like new and operates perfectly. I am by no means adept at using it but can figure out how to get where I want and explore easily. Good sound quality and graphics, how nice to take and look at photos with nice sized clear screen . A fun tool/toy that did not cost an arm and leg!
